Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Snow Bunny purchase. We gladly accept eligible, unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from snowbunnystore.com for return or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit requested within 30 days are complimentary. Returns to the original form of payment are subject to a $9.95 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Return Window

Returns received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, less the $9.95 return processing fee. Customers may instead choose an exchange or Snow Bunny store credit with no processing fee.

Returns received after 30 days will be issued as a Snow Bunny e-gift card, subject to our return eligibility requirements. A $9.95 return processing fee will be deducted from the e-gift card amount for returns received after the 30-day return window.

Purchases made with a gift card or e-gift card will be refunded to a new e-gift card, which will be emailed to the customer. Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Condition

All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags attached and original packaging included when applicable.

We are unable to accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after purchase, or returned in a soiled condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Swimwear

For health and hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition, with all original tags and sanitary protection strips in place.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can make it right. Return processing fees do not apply to these returns.
