Refund policy

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on snowbunnystore.com for return or exchange. If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it's received after 30 days, a snowbunnystore e-gift card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: e-gift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’re unable to process returns for items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
